Case Study: Geremia Pools 

Their Goal: With a legacy dating back to 1922, Geremia, a distinguished Pool and Landscaping company, recently underwent a change in ownership. Prior to this transition, the company grappled with significant hurdles: a stark decline in sales and a reputation that didn't quite match its storied history of quality. Their goal was to regain the trust of their community and communicate that they were under new ownership. We had our work cut out for us.

Our Strategy: Identifying our initial focus area was crucial: Public Relations. Geremia had plummeted to a mere 2.9 stars on Google. My foremost goal became highlighting Geremia's new ownership and management to the public. Establishing a robust presence and voice for Geremia across social media became our mission. Our strategy revolved around crafting content that echoed quality and highlighted the change in ownership, aiming to rebuild trust within our community.

Their Results: Our PR campaign was a huge success. Not only were we able to bring their Google rating of 2.9 stars up to 3.9 (at the time of writing this) we were able to increase their Instagram audience by over a 1,000 local followers while simultaneously running a successful PPC campaign promoting new pools and remodels which was able to generate 100’s of thousands of dollars.

Summary:  Geremia, a time-honored Pool and Landscaping company with roots tracing back to 1922, faced a challenging phase due to declining sales and a tarnished reputation that didn't align with its legacy of excellence.

The outcome speaks volumes. Our PR efforts turned the tide Geremia now boasts a stellar 3.9-star Google rating (at the time of writing). Additionally, our engagement-driven social media strategy drew over 1,000 new local followers on Instagram. Alongside this triumph, our successful PPC campaign, spotlighting new pools and remodels, brought in hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue, solidifying Geremia's renewed reputation.
